- 1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse your shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

- In a separate shallow dish, pour the buttermilk.
